EZ Spa Up is a fast dissolving granular product that will safely raise alkalinity and pH levels in spas and hot tubs. Spas and hot tubs need the pH to be maintained between 7.2 - 7.6 to ensure that the water is safe for bathers, surfaces and equipment.
Add 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) per 100 gallons of spa water.
- Test spa water to establish total alkalinity and pH levels.
- Adjust total alkalinity first. If total alkalinity 80 ppm, add 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) per 100 gallons of spa water and circulate for at least 30 minutes before restarting.
- Once total alkalinity is in range, adjust pH by adding EZ Spa Up or EZ Spa Down.
